Let the National Academy of Athletics handle everything for your league. We take care of player registration, uniforms, staffing, scheduling, and game-day coordination—all managed by certified, background-checked NAofA Coaches. You focus on your community, and we’ll handle the rest.

COACHING CLINICS
Our staff delivers an engaging sports-specific clinic for youth coaches in your league. We provide strategies on managing players, instructional tips, dealing with parents, what to teach, and how to deliver it effectively. Featuring: sports-specific skills and drills, terms of the game, and practice planning.

WE PROVIDE
Our staff delivers an engaging 90-minute clinic where coaches experience skills and drills, teaching structure and receive a copy of the NAofA Sports Specific Coaches Handbook.

PHILOSOPHY
Many volunteer parents are willing to coach. They need a little help and encouragement. Our philosophy is to help them learn what to coach, but more importantly, how to teach to create a positive environment for the players. The National Academy of Athletics formula begins with us learning about you. The “discovery process” ensures we are tailoring our programs to meet your specific need and interest each time. There is no obligation at this point. We will use this information to ensure we’ve presented you with a proposal that best fits your league.
PARENT ORIENTATION
Our staff engages and educates parents on league philosophies and values. Additionally, we prepare parents for their role as supporters of their children’s athletic experience. Featuring: Entertaining real life examples, supporting your child’s coach, setting fair expectations and youth sports parent quiz.

HOW IT WORKS
As a league community partner, our staff delivers an engaging 40-minute Parent Program. Parents also receive a copy of “Maximize the Youth Sports Experience” Handbook and can test their skills in a youth sports parent Quiz.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Youth Sports parents play an important role in their child’s experience. When parents are on the same page with the coaches and league principles, the players, in turn, have a more positive experience. The National Academy of Athletics formula begins with us learning about you. The “discovery process” ensures we are tailoring our programs to meet your specific needs each time. There is no obligation at this point. We will simply use this information to ensure we’ve presented you with a proposal that best fits your league.
PLAYERS CLINIC
When the NAofA becomes a League Partner, we deliver engaging clinics to spark excitement in your community for the upcoming season. Our professional staff goes to your field or court to provide fundamental focused training while having tons of fun. Featuring: Terms of the game, position specific skills, team concepts, and small sided competitions.

WE PROVIDE
Each player receives 75 minutes of sport specific instruction and challenges, an official NAofA Terms of the Game Sheet, and Sport Specific Players Handbook.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Over the years we have seen a difference in players who attend a camp or clinic prior to the season starting. They are more confident, have a better understanding of the game, and most importantly, a higher level of enjoyment during the season. The more fun they love their experience, the more likely they will want to play again next season. The National Academy of Athletics formula begins with us learning about you. The “discovery process” ensures we are tailoring our programs to meet your specific need and interest each time. There is no obligation at this point. We will simply use this information to ensure we’ve presented you with a proposal that best fits your league.

Frequently Asked Questions

What cities, schools, and recreation departments most often ask before partnering with the National Academy of Athletics.

What does it cost a city or school to partner with NAofA?
NAofA partners with cities, parks and recreation departments, and schools through a revenue-share model — there's no upfront cost to your budget. Instead of your organization paying a management fee, NAofA's compensation comes from a share of program revenue, so the partnership is designed to improve access to sports for families without straining your budget.
What areas does NAofA serve?
NAofA currently partners with 300+ cities and recreation departments and 75+ schools across 11 states, and continues to expand into new communities nationwide.
What's included when a city or school partners with NAofA?
Depending on what your community needs, NAofA can provide full league operations and administration (scheduling, registration, staffing, uniforms, communication, and safety compliance), volunteer coach training, skills and drills clinics, and parent education programs — or a complete turnkey management solution that handles all of it end to end.
Are NAofA coaches background-checked?
Yes. Every NAofA coach is fingerprinted and NAofA Certified before working with a league, with training in age-appropriate skill development, positive coaching techniques, sportsmanship, and character-building.
Do we have to hand over our whole league, or can NAofA just support our volunteer coaches?
Either way. NAofA offers flexible support — from coach training and clinics that support your existing volunteer parent coaches, up to complete, turnkey league management where NAofA handles staffing, marketing, registration, and reporting so your team can focus on community engagement.
How do we start a partnership with NAofA?
Use the "Request Information" or "Request a Partnership" button on this page to tell NAofA about your city, school, or recreation department, and a member of the team will follow up to discuss how NAofA can manage or support your youth sports league.
