Area Captain, John Cao
“I am thrilled to bring my passion and love for youth sports to the communities near me. At the NAofA we “Play Hard and Have Fun!” Our motto shows the importance of youth having fun while learning the fundamentals of the sport. Choosing to become a partner at the National Academy of Athletics has allowed me to elevate and expand the youth sports programs I have here in the Houston, Texas area. Now, I can make a larger impact on the community by introducing children to playing all sorts of sports. It’s important to give children choices so that they can learn different sports, and find one or two they love, so they may continue to have an active and healthy lifestyle as they get older.”
Currently, the NAofA is running youth sports programs in the cities of Houston, Katy, and Jersey Village. A wide variety of programs are offered such as holiday and summer break sports camps, Physical Education in schools, and youth league management. And with so many sports options to choose from, including youth soccer camps, youth basketball camps, football camps, pickleball clinics, softball leagues, and more- your child is sure to find something they will love.
The National Academy of Athletics’ mission is to provide youth sports camps and physical education programs for children throughout the nation. The NAofA use sports to promote positive mental and physical development in our youth. Our goal is to diminish childhood obesity by advocating for healthy lifestyles while providing tools like SEL, (Social Emotional Learning) to boost confidence, optimism, enthusiasm, and personal growth.
Through inspiration, motivation, and perspiration, we believe sports bring out a positive change in every participant!
With a proven track record of providing safe, fun, and educational youth sports camps and programs, they have become a preferred partner to City Recreation Centers, Schools, and Youth Sports Leagues.
